Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and access required for services. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Milton Consulting Firm LLC.

Payment & Billing

Payments for services are accepted via Stripe (card payments & invoices), Mercury and Chase (bank transfers & invoices), or other mutually agreed methods. All fees are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice; late payments may result in suspension of our services.

Intellectual Property

All work delivered remains the property of Milton Consulting Firm LLC until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership rights transfer as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services in good faith. Milton Consulting Firm LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
