- Invoices: Check, ACH, or mutually agreed methods
- Other Methods: Arranged in advance
Payment Timing
- One-time services: Full upfront or split payment (50% upfront, 50% upon completion)
- Recurring services: Automatic billing per agreed schedule
- Invoices: Payment within 15–30 days
