Accepted Payment Methods

  • Stripe: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, etc.
  • Mercury & Chase: US bank transfers
  • Revolut & Santander: EU SEPA bank transfers
  • Bank Transfer: ACH/wire
  • Invoices: Check, ACH, or mutually agreed methods
  • Other Methods: Arranged in advance

Payment Timing

  • One-time services: Full upfront or split payment (50% upfront, 50% upon completion)
  • Recurring services: Automatic billing per agreed schedule
  • Invoices: Payment within 15–30 days

Late Payments

Services may be suspended until payment is received. Additional fees may apply.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund Processing: 3–14 business days via your payment provider.

Payment Security

  • Online payments: Encrypted via Stripe
  • Bank/invoice payments: Secure banking systems
  • Card Data: Full card numbers are never stored

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients must contact us first before filing a dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action.
